On March 7th, MAR Shopping Algarve promotes an Extraordinary Blood Collection, in partnership with Centro Hospitalar Universitário do Algarve. 

In order to be blood donors in this initiative, all visitors between 18 and 65 years of age are invited (if you have never donated blood, the limit is 60 years), with healthy lifestyle habits and who weigh more than 50kg.

If you intend to be a donor, you should not do so on an empty stomach, as you should have a light meal without fats and should bring your Identity Card/Citizen Card/Residence Permit or Passport.

In addition to the personal satisfaction of helping and being part of a healthy and supportive group of the population, participants in this extraordinary harvest at MAR Shopping Algarve will also be entitled to receive:

• the results of clinical tests at your home after the donation;
• medical advice, if necessary;
• blood group determination;
• allocation of a national blood donor card for future collections.
