On February 28th, 29th and March 1st, MAR Shopping Algarve is proud to host this important initiative carried out by numerous local entities such as the Municipal Civil Protection of Loulé, Municipal Firefighters of Loulé, Voluntary Firefighters of Albufeira, GNR - National Republican Guard, Red Cross of the Faro/Loulé Delegation, Safe Communities Algarve and Life Saving magazine (Centro Hospitalar Universitário do Algarve).
During these three days, the goal is to promote the protection and assistance of the populations, goods, heritage and the environment, with an emphasis on raising the awareness of the local community to these themes through demonstrations, lectures and means exhibition to the MAR Shopping Algarve visitors.
Thus, on February 28th, we will have a Safety Lecture concerning the elderly community, at 11 am, in one of NOS Movie Theatres, which will count on the participation of several associations that support the elderly in the community of Loulé.
Also on February 28th, we will host a Demonstration of First Aid in Animals, carried out by the Volunteer Firefighters of Albufeira, at 6 pm. This Demonstration will also take place on Saturday (02/29), at noon, inside MAR Shopping Algarve's facilities, next to the main entrance.
