Born in Alcanena, Portugal, Anjos started with pastry until he decided to embrace bigger, bolder challenges. His virtuosity has been proved in all the venues he worked at, from London to Algarve. Fascinated by Portuguese cuisine and already awarded with a Michelin star, chef Louis Anjos creates surprising dishes with the native ingredients from whichever region he is working at.
