Função de: Administrativa MAR Shopping Algarve
Funções
- Assegurar o atendimento e presencial de clientes internos/externos;
- Gerir, controlar e acompanhar agendamentos e correspondência (para clientes internos/externos);
- Recolher, organizar e selecionar a informação para fins de encaminhamento superior;
- Realizar mapas financeiros ou de controlo de gestão e operacionais;
- Gerir e organizar o arquivo;
- Proceder à marcação e à logística associada à organização de eventos, espaços temporários e reuniões;
- Realizar as tarefas administrativas necessárias de apoio à gestão dos vários departamentos.
O que procuramos:
- Habilitações literárias ao nível de Licenciatura (preferencialmente secretariado);
- Capacidade de realização / Cumprimento de atividades;
- Capacidade de gerir, em simultâneo, múltiplas tarefas;
- Responsabilidade e organização;
- Boa capacidade de comunicação oral e escrita;
- Proatividade, espírito de iniciativa e autonomia;
- Espírito de Equipa;
- Capacidade de relacionamento e empatia;
- Domínio das ferramentas de Office, especialmente Excel.
- Domínio da língua inglesa e espanhola;
- Bom humor e resiliência.
