Responsibilities:

- Act as the customer's host, providing an exceptional welcome;
- Present services and solutions according to the customer's needs, demonstrating transversal know-how of Vodafone's products and services;
- Ensure that customers have an excellent experience, regardless of the reason that brings them to the shop, endeavouring to resolve their requests at the first contact;
- Support in the operational management of the shop (e.g. replenishing products in shop, etc).

Competences:

- Minimum 12th year of schooling;
- Experience in customer service (preferred);
- Knowledge of English (minimum B2 - compulsory);
- User-friendly computer skills;
- A love of telecoms and technology;
- Passion for customer contact;
- Communication skills and dynamism;
- A sense of responsibility and proactivity;
- Availability for rotating hours between 10am and 11pm and rotating days off (one weekend a month);
- Willingness to rotate between shops;

- Paid initial training (2 months) on a full-time basis;

Desired profile

At least 2 years' proven experience in the position, preferably in fashion retail (shopping centres) - Eliminating factor;

- Strong leadership skills;
- Strong goal-orientation;
- High performance in personalised sales systems;
- Experience of working with commercial indicators (Effectiveness, Transformation Rate, Average Ticket);
- Skills in the area of shop merchandising;
- Availability and flexibility of hours;
- Willingness to travel;
- Good computer skills.

Main responsibilities

- Ensuring the correct application of the company's commercial policy.
- Boosting sales, maximising shop profitability;
- Supporting the management of the business unit, directing the activity of the point of sale and the respective cost control;
- Supporting the promotion of Human Resources management, with a view to recruiting, training, motivating and evaluating the team.
