We are looking for a dynamic person to take on the role of Store Manager (M/F), for
our new store opening in CC Marshopping Algarve. Start a career with us

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Managing the sales team;

  • Managing KPIs and analyzing sales;

  • Preparing and ensuring that store objectives are met;

  • Ensuring the execution of the Visual Merchandising plan;

  • Ensuring excellent customer service with the aim of building customer
    loyalty;

  • Controlling stock-outs and orders;

  • Stock reception and store replenishment;

  • Maintaining and cleaning the store.

Requirements:

  • Minimum schooling required;

  • Passion for the world of new technologies;

  • At least 1 year's experience as a Store Manager in retail stores;

  • Leadership and decision-making skills;

  • Availability and flexibility to work rotating hours and days off;

  • Knowledge of Spanish (preferred).
