From 28 March to 12 April, join the “Todos à Mesa” initiative at MAR Shopping Algarve and immerse yourself in a world of flavours, creativity and sharing. Located on the ground floor, opposite Mango, this space invites the whole community, families and friends, to take part in workshops, live cooking demonstrations and unique sensory experiences. Discover free activities that awaken the senses, with traditional recipes reinvented and prepared using IKEA’s iconic meatballs, in an irresistible combination of flavour and fun.

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM | “Easter Truffles” Workshop
An initiative in partnership with Adriele Ramos (@adri_dito) to create sweet and creamy gluten-free and refined sugar-free Easter truffles, encouraging creativity and fun times in the kitchen.

📅 MARCH 29

11:00 am – 12:00 pm | “Deconstructed Dessert”
Creative experiments with spaghetti and meatballs in a sweet version – a feast for the eyes too – with nutritionist Sónia Dias (@soniadias.nutri) and influencer Joana Jesus (@peanuts.pt).

4:00 PM – 5:00 PM | “Guia-style meatballs”
With the support of Franguinho do Shopping, a presentation of a traditional Portuguese dish with a playful twist, ideal for all ages.

5:00 PM – 6:00 PM | “5 O’Clock Tea”
In partnership with Be Loved by Nature (@belovedbynature) and Adriele Ramos (@adri_dito), we invite participants to discover the flavours, aromas, and rituals of tea infusions in a relaxed and social setting.

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM | “Yogurt with Seeds and Fruits” Cooking Workshop
Includes a free copy of the book “Learning in the Kitchen,” sponsored by AAPACDM. Healthy and fun recipes that encourage children to explore flavours and textures. Limited to 15 children

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM | “The Chamomile Garden”
A playful and educational space, developed by Be Loved by Nature, focusing on plants and natural ingredients. Limited to 10 children.

In partnership with the Escola Profissional de Alte. Preparation of traditional regional recipes.

4:00 PM – 5:00 PM | “Table Setting with Heart” Workshop
Led by Arte e Costura - Atelier, to create personalized placemats and cloth napkins.

Led by Arte e Costura - Atelier, to create a picnic blanket and cutlery holder.

4:00 PM – 5:00 PM | “Meatball Cataplana”
Cooked by the team at Franguinho do Shopping, featuring a version of the traditional Algarve cataplana.

With Joana Jesus, accompanied by nutritionist Sónia Dias. Practical ways to reduce waste at home, with tips and accessible recipes.

4:00 PM – 5:00 PM | “Meatball Mashup Baja Fresh Mexican Mix”
Featuring a cooking demonstration of Mexican tacos with IKEA meatballs, sponsored by Baja Fresh.
