Welcome! Create your Ingka Centres Account and gain access to inspiring content, relevant offers, services, activities, and special events. We have everything you need for a convenient and fun shopping experience or to spend a day at one of our Meeting Places in Europe.

1. Legal Matters

By creating an Ingka Centres account, you are entering into a contract with Ingka Centres.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") constitute a legal agreement between you (the user) and the Ingka Centres Meeting Place companies in Europe (as described in the table in section 9 below (together "Ingka Centres", "we", "us", "our")) regarding the use of the Ingka Centres account (the "Account"). All activities related to your Account are governed by these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to update and modify these Terms and Conditions periodically for valid reasons, such as changes to legal provisions, adjustments to the scope of service, technical updates, or other important operations as applicable. You will be notified in advance of such changes, by publication on our MAR Shopping website and/or by email, and none of these changes will affect your pre-existing rights. If you do not accept the changes, you have the right to terminate your Account at any time.

3. The Account

The Account is personal and available to individuals aged 18 or over. The user is responsible for all activities on their Account.

To create an Account, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid email address to which your Account will be linked. The Account is free and intended for private use only, so you are not authorized to create an Account on behalf of a company. We only allow you to have one valid Account at a time, and your Account is personal and non-transferable.

We trust that you will keep your contact details and email updated, and you can update these details at any time by logging into your Account. You are responsible for all activities that occur on your Account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

The creation of an Account involves the collection and processing of your personal data by us. Please read your Account's Privacy Notice for more information.

4. Services and Benefits

Your Account gives you access to content, offers, services, events, and activities at our meeting points in Europe, but we can only share them with you if we know who you are. For this reason, we need you to identify yourself using your Account whenever you interact with us.

Through your Account, you gain access to various services, activities, and offers at our meeting points in Europe. Services, activities, and offers vary by meeting point but may include access to digital queues for services and experiences, booking package offers, event registration, as well as access to offers and services from our partners. You can also use your Account to book a wheelchair, a stroller, and other equipment that may be useful when visiting us, such as spaces and meeting rooms, as available. The rental of spaces and meeting rooms may be subject to separate Terms and Conditions. The different services, activities, and offers are subject to separate Terms and Conditions.

To access our variety of services, experiences, and offers, you must log in and identify yourself using your Account credentials (email address and password or by logging in via the selected social network).

Please note that content, offers, services, etc., may change over time or by meeting point and are subject to availability.

5. Termination

If we suspect that you are infringing these Terms and Conditions, we have the right to terminate your Account. In this case, existing bookings may be canceled. The same may happen if your Account is inactive for more than 12 months.

We may terminate or suspend your Account by notifying the registered email address if (a) we believe, or have reason to believe, that your use of the Account is, or is likely to, infringe these Terms and Conditions or applicable law; (b) we suspect fraud, unauthorized or abusive use of our services, benefits, and rewards, or any other use of the Account that we deem unacceptable; or (c) the Account has been inactive (i.e., you have not logged into your Account) for a period exceeding 12 months.

When your Account is terminated, all rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions will automatically terminate, except for any rights of action accrued prior to termination, any payment obligations, and any sections titled "Limitation of Liability" and "Governing Law." If it is subsequently discovered that any services or benefits issued to the account holder under these Terms and Conditions were issued as a result of, or in connection with, an infringement of these Terms and Conditions, or any fraud or unauthorized use of the Account or our offers and services, or due to errors by Ingka Centres, Ingka Centres reserves the right to cancel these benefits or services issued to the account holder.

6. What if you change your mind?

We're sorry to see you go, but you can terminate your Account, if you wish, simply by deleting your account.

If you decide that you no longer wish to have an Account, you can delete it at any point in the account settings or on our website or, if available, in the app. If you do so, you will no longer be able to benefit from the Account or related services and offers at any meeting points in Europe.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are doing our utmost to ensure that the Account meets your expectations as best as possible, but we cannot promise that everything will always work perfectly. We will not compensate any user for the Account or any of the related services or offers not working as intended.

This is the common boring legal text: to the maximum extent permitted by law, Ingka Centres (or its officers, directors, employees, or agents) will under no circumstances be liable to you for any damages of any kind, including, without limitation, any indirect, special, or consequential damages, arising from your use of or inability to use the Account, or related to these Terms and Conditions even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages or for any claim by any other party.

8. Governing Law

We want to foster a good relationship between us. But, if it doesn't work out, here's how to get help through the information below.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of your country of residence, without prejudice to its conflict of laws principles. Any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of your country of residence.
