Douro's Flavours

    Douro's Flavours, a company founded in 2008 whose mission is to reproduce, disseminate and promote Carinus Est liqueur, which according to legends and traditions was produced by monks of the Cistercian order in the Monastery of S. João de Tarouca.

    The company is located in Lalim, a parish in Lamego and in the always charming Douro region.

    Whether drunk fresh or natural, it's always a pleasure to taste a Carinus Est. When the time is right, a small, transparent chalice so that the color can be appreciated.
