Artistic Recycling Workshops

Following on from the 6th edition of the “Beach Cleanup” held on April 10, MAR Shopping Algarve was challenged by Loulé City Council to hold Creative Workshops whose raw material is waste collected during the activity.

The proposed activity is part of the Climate Week Agenda, promoted by the Loulé Municipality from May 13 to 19, with the aim of inviting reflection on the issue of climate change.

We challenged sculptor João Jesus to lead the workshops - an inventor and self-taught artist from Faro who creates unique pieces of handicraft that captivate nature fans.
Workshop date: Saturday, May 18th.
Venue: floor 1.
