ART WITH MANDALAS: Mandala drawing station, where participants can colour in or create their own mandalas, an activity known for its ability to promote concentration and tranquillity.
GUIDED READING: Guided reading sessions. Participants are invited to sit on cushions and listen to quiet stories that promote relaxation.
SMELLING BAGS: Aromatic, pleasant smelling bags to spruce up spaces or wardrobes.
MINDFUL PAINTING: A mindfulness painting workshop where participants learn to paint in an intuitive and relaxing way, focusing on breathing and sensations, without worrying about the result.
