MAR Shopping Algarve has been awarded the BREEAM In-Use Certificate (valid until 5 March 2028), the world’s leading standard for assessing sustainable practices in the planning of projects, infrastructure and buildings.
This certificate is based on the common areas of MAR Shopping Algarve, which achieved a rating of
Management performance: Very good (56.1%)
Asset performance: Excellent (73.6%)
The User Information Guide is a dynamic document that aims to provide the “non-technical” user with useful information related to the functioning of the building and its organization in terms of services and systems.
This guide is an integral part of the BREEAM certification, which aims to assess and reduce the environmental impact of buildings, boosting their value and, in turn, reducing the risks associated with the property by improving performance indicators, providing service teams with specific training and also when monitoring and reporting results.
